Create an account, start or join a private prediction league, share an invite, submit race and bonus picks before the deadline, then review results and standings after the race with shareable receipts. Undercut is a free private F1 prediction league platform for friends. You compete with an invite-only group on locked race picks—not on a public anonymous ladder.
How do I start a league with friends?
- Sign up — Create a free Undercut account. Built for groups—not for climbing a public celebrity ladder.
- Create or join a private league — One host starts a private league; others join with an invite code or link. You control who is in the room.
- Invite friends — Share the invite in your group chat so the people you already race-watch with can join.
- Make race picks — Choose finishing positions and other enabled race pick slots for the Grand Prix.
- Add bonus picks — Answer weekend bonus questions before the lock. Bonus picks are in-app points only—not real-money stakes.
- Lock before lights out — When the deadline hits, picks freeze so everyone races under the same clock.
- Settle with standings and receipts — After the race, Undercut scores picks, updates standings, and surfaces post-race receipts.
What are race picks?
Race picks are your predictions for how the Grand Prix finishes—typically driver finishing positions. Undercut scores them by how close you were (exact hits score more than near misses).
What are bonus picks?
Bonus picks are extra weekend questions your league can score on (for example driver-select or race-outcome style questions configured for the weekend). They add in-app points only—not real-money stakes.
What are post-race receipts?
Receipts show how your picks scored against the real result. They settle the group-chat argument with a clear breakdown instead of memory.
What is Undercut league chat?
League chat is a private conversation for members of your Undercut league. Use it to discuss race picks, deadlines, qualifying, and post-race results without splitting the rivalry across separate group-chat threads. Messages are not public posts and are not searchable by people outside the league.

What is Undercut Plus Pick Lab?
Pick Lab is an optional Plus tool that scores your draft P1–P5 against qualifying order, championship order, and recent race form with source-backed explanations. It does not invent optimal picks. Core leagues and chat stay free without Plus.
Do I need Undercut Plus?
No. Private leagues, race and bonus picks, standings, receipts, and private league chat are free core features. Undercut Plus is optional intelligence on top—never required to run a fair league.
Does league chat cost money?
No. Private league chat is free core functionality for invite-only league members. It is not gated behind Undercut Plus and is not a public social feed.
What happens if I miss the lock?
When the session deadline hits, picks freeze for everyone in the league. If you miss the lock, you cannot change or submit late picks for that locked window—everyone races under the same clock so the rivalry stays fair.
